Theresa Goh

Theresa contributes over 20 years experience in Technology Sales, Leadership assessment and Executive Search business in Asia.

Theresa’s career began with International Business Machines (IBM Singapore) where she was responsible for managing global accounts such as Shell Royal Dutch Company, British Petroleum, Halliburton, Schlumberger and Neptune Orient Lines. The management of these clients has taken her all over the world for business planning and client meetings.

After ten years with IBM, Theresa established 360 Dynamics, a boutique executive search firm specializing in the High-Tech industries. She became an equity partner in International Technology Partners (ITP World-Wide), Houston in 1998. Theresa was the Co-Chairman for ITP World-Wide in 2003 and was a Board Member. In 2003, 360 Dynamics expanded  into Leadership assessments and coaching and has helped several organizations build their competency framework for leadership recruitment, development and succession planning.

Theresa holds an Executive Masters in Organisational Psychology from the City University of New York (CUNY). She also has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and a graduate diploma in Applied Psychology from The American University. She is a Certified Behavioral Analyst with Target Training Institute (TTI USA), Occupational Testing and Occupational Personality by SHL (Saville & Holdsworth) in conjunction with BPS (British Psychological Society), Workplace Big Five, MBTI and is a certified coach with The Centre for Creative Leadership.

She is the Chairman of the Centre for Non Profit Leadership. She is a board member of the Agency for Integrated Care, board member and Chairman of the Governance/Nominations Committee for SATA CommHealth, board member and Chairman of the Human Resource Committee for National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre.

In 2008, Theresa was selected by BusinessWeek as one of ‘The World’s Top 100 Most Influential Headhunters’.
