An unassuming and gentle force to be reckoned with
Theresa Goh started as a multinational corporate executive with IBM Singapore to grow its global accounts. During an economic downturn in the 1990s, she saw an opportunity to start a talent acquisition business that became part of a global affiliated brand, International Technology Partners, headquartered in Houston. After a successful exit, she started 360 Dynamics to focus on helping organizations, leadership teams, and strategic contributors grow.
Throughout her work journey, Theresa has gained deep experience through hands-on involvement as Chairperson and Director of several private and non-profit organizations.
She has developed rich knowledge in her roles as an executive business leader, as a start-up entrepreneur, and now, a consultant and coach. In her passionate pursuit of the field of business administration, organizational psychology, theology, and ethics, she has proficient expertise in how these fields are applied in the business and non-profit contexts.
In 2008, Theresa Goh was selected by BusinessWeek as one of the ‘World’s most influential Headhunters’. In 2018, Theresa was presented an award by MCCY, and she also steered SATA CommHealth to win the top award for Corporate Governance.
